Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions (For Future Use)
Victor Pile Photography (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) may offer a mobile messaging program (the “Messaging Program”) in the future, subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). This section outlines the anticipated terms that will apply if and when the Messaging Program becomes available.

If a Messaging Program is launched, users will have the option to affirmatively opt into the service, at which point they will agree to these Terms. Participation will allow users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages regarding alerts, coupons, specials, and promotions.

Program Description (Future Use)

  • The Messaging Program will provide SMS/MMS updates and promotions.

  • Users will be required to explicitly opt in to participate.


Opt-In and Opt-Out Procedures

  • Opt-In: If a Messaging Program becomes available, users will have the ability to opt in through designated methods, which will be clearly communicated at that time.

  • Opt-Out: Participants will be able to discontinue participation by replying “STOP” to any message or using similar commands, such as “QUIT” or “UNSUBSCRIBE.”

Cost and Frequency (Future Use)
Message and data rates may apply. The frequency of messages will be outlined at the time of program launch.

The Messaging Program, if offered, will be subject to availability and provided on an “as is” basis. We will not be liable for delays or failures in message delivery.
